Elgin Alumni Association Membership Program

Come and help the Elgin Alumni Association prepare ways to build our Scholarship fund.

We meet the 2nd Thursday of at 7:00 P.M.each month in  the Elgin School Community Room.

Look through the various alumni opportunities we have available and find your place to serve.

Annual Banquet

  •  Description:  Plans and executes annual banquet and entertainment.

Class Delegate/Representative

  • Description:   Provides Corresponding Secretary with classmate’s update information.

Communication & Public Relations

  •  Description:  Creates promotions for all association events.

Finance & Fundraising

  •  Description:  Oversees annual audit, creates additional funding sources.

Historical/Archives Collection

  •  Description:   Displays, maintains and documents school history.

Membership

  •  Description:   Create and implement ideas to expand members and valued added services.

Nominating Committees

  •  Description:  Seeks, select, and recommends to fill officer positions.

Scholarship/Awards

  •  Description:  Develops qualification criteria for student and staff awards for annual selection and distribution.

Tutoring/Mentoring

  •  Description:  Volunteer twice monthly in Elgin students’ programs/classroom.

Website/Social Media

  •  Description:  Develops, maintains and updates website and social media,.

This is the Alumni Member’s Information Form   you will need Adobe Reader to open it and fill it out  and print this form.  You can get Adobe Reader FREE.

The fillable pdf form can be filled out in Adobe Reader.  All you need to do is download the form, save it to your computer, open it with Adobe Reader and fill out the information in the form on screen.   After filling out the form you may print it with the information filled in.  Print a second copy for your records.
